I was raised in a military home where we learned a strong work ethic and a belief in mutual respect. I’ve played many roles in my business and accounting career. Before accepting my present role at Results Physiotherapy, I helped manage a chain of beauty salons.
I first came to this company as a patient suffering from frozen shoulder. After trying other physical therapy, I was still in pain. I was hoping a second opinion might help me avoid surgery. Sure enough, after manual treatment, my pain was gone, and I regained full function of my shoulder. Since then, I haven’t had any more trouble.
Getting my shoulder fixed was great, of course, but what really impressed me was how the staff made me feel special and cared about. They made every patient feel that way. I knew right then I wanted to be part of a company that held the same values about work and respect that I did. So I started out as a therapy tech, then I worked at the front desk, and soon moved into management. That ground-floor experience has been priceless to me in my current role, managing operations and human resources. Whether I’m working with a contractor, hiring a new employee, promoting someone who’s been going the extra mile, or just telling someone they’re doing a great job, I enjoy making people feel respected.
There are so many things I love about working for Results Physiotherapy. We’re a world-class organization, and we’re growing. Our leaders are the kindest, most caring people you could ever hope to meet. They help each of us be the best we can be.
