CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE)

Results offer a variety of continuing professional education courses on an ongoing basis that are available at no cost to Results professional staff. Course registration is open to non-employees as well as for most of the courses offered. Fees vary by course (see course schedule and registration information. Many of the CPE courses offered are integrated into our clinical residency program. Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) are provided for all CPE courses with appropriate state agency approvals. Courses are usually conducted on the campus of the Belmont University Physical Therapy program in Nashville, TN.
In addition to CPE courses, Results Physiotherapy supplements staff development with an ongoing series of staff in-services and clinical mentoring sessions that are integrated with practice and CPE schedules. In-services cover clinical skills as well as practice management and professional issues. Clinical mentoring sessions focus on both psychomotor skill development and clinical reasoning. All new professional staff members participate in a structured 3 month new graduate/new employee education program that provides an orientation to the company and to the fundamental techniques and strategies commonly utilized by Results clinicians.
